Last Friday I had the opportunity to work with chef in training, Kareena Lee. She owns a Mediterranean - American Infusion Catering company based in Snellville, GA. She is currently a student at The Arts Institute Of Atlanta where she will be graduating with an Associates degree in Culinary Arts.
Don't let her experience level fool you though. She's out to make a name for herself!!
She had a great idea for her 90 second video to serve three dishes to two of her clients and watch their reactions on camera. First off was the Ground Turkey with Avocado and Cilantro Dressing Flatbread, followed by Smoked Jerk Chicken and finished off with her take on Shrimp & Grits made with creamy polenta instead of grits. I am not a fan of grits, so this won my heart over as an alternative.
She is a personal chef and can do individual meal planning as well as catering from small groups of 10 up to 100. If you want to book her, find her on these platforms!
