Hannah & Jay

I met Hannah when I moved into our apartment in Alpharetta, GA. I had just gotten married and moved from Mississippi to be with my new husband. I remember her friendly smile and sweet personality made me feel at home in a big transition time for me. When she picked me to be her videographer for her and Jay's wedding I was elated! Their day was so sweet. They were both relaxed and seemed to enjoy every moment of the process. I'm so thankful for this opportunity!

To the bride and groom I wish you many years of love, joy and laughter. And don't worry Jay- you're secret is safe with me that you weren't even close to being dressed when I came to film "the guys."

Allyssa & Matt

Allyssa & Matt were married at The Ivy in Flowood, MS on June 25th, 2016.

The wedding was a sweet one with Allyssa adorning her favorite type of wedding shoes and the desserts made by her grandmother, Meme- (which you can go to her shop and get some sweet treats if you are ever in Clinton, MS check them out on Facebook at Meme's Brick Street Bakery.) Matt was so sweet when he saw his bride for the first time, since they had not seen each other until the moment she walked down the aisle. Claire & Michael- Wedding in Starkville, MS

Happy to have had the privilege of capturing the wedding of Claire & Michael in Starkville, MS. This was a different type of shoot for Buell Productions Weddings. The groom's mother found us on theknot.com and asked for interviews during the event to narrate the video. It turned out to be a great way to have audio since we weren't able to get inside the church during the ceremony. These two know how to bring the fun at a reception with a jazz band and lots of dancing!! Many years of happiness to you Claire & Michael! Follow the link to watch their wedding video!

In the beginning....

In the beginning every business starts small, I suppose. Perhaps it begins with a dream or a thought then an action and so on and so on.

I am in the brand new stage. I moved to Atlanta in December knowing I didn't want to commute over and hour each way to my job. I am from Mississippi, that much time in traffic is not good for my mind or my back!

Thankfully I have great friends, a highly supportive husband and a solid work ethic (thanks mom and dad for teaching me that doing nothing will not pay my bills).

It's been two and half full months since I've been living in the suburbs of Atlanta. I knew two people when I moved here and so one of them reached out to me to see about doing a video for the school where he teaches. So, I just completed my first commercial project with Westside Atlanta Charter School. The administration at the school is very committed to diversity and bringing together various cultures as well as small class size and student based project learning. It was a fascinating project. I also created a page on the knot.com and just finished the first two weddings I have booked for the 2016 season!

So, in five years may I look back on this moment and know I seized my opportunities. I have done well. And I have enjoyed life a little bit more.

Here is to getting started on my own!!
